Commitment

How many times have you went to training, attended webinars, called someone about a new idea, or been excited about something you have read? Do you know if you do not implement a new idea within seven days of being trained, you have an 85% chance of not using the idea?

I believe that we should invest in your business to help grow and not assume you will do business with us because you like the colors on our website. We spend thousands of dollars each year to recruit an agent and many times they just want to see the next shiny thing, but do not commit to that idea.  Kenneth Blanchard, the author of the One Minute Manager says it the best, “There’s a difference between interest and commitment. When you’re interested in doing something, you do it when it’s convenient. When you’re committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”

I want to focus on the agents that are looking for results. We are a results driven society. You may look for results in different ways. Some see it in their checking account, the car they drive, the house they live in, and some see it in happiness in their lives. I look for results when my agents are making more money and able to spend quality time with family and friends.

Prospecting is a tough job and not many people can say they enjoy it. If you can commit to an idea, give us a call at Benson Financial Solutions, LLC.
